It is important to know which ACT Tax Service forms to fill out, whether you prefer to come see us in person, mail in your paperwork, or take advantage of our paperless system.
You have the option of using several of the forms provided to you by your employer, bank, etc, on both our printable, and paperless forms. These are marked with the exact name as your originals, but apart from those, ACT Tax Service has its own forms that will ask the information we need from you.
Tax Organizer (Long Form): This form is the one used by the grand majority of our customers. You will need to fill this out if you will be using itemized deductions, in your tax return. It takes you step by step on what information to provide, especially when it comes to your employee expenses.
General Information (Short Form): You should only use this form if you have a simple return with standard deduction. This form is for those who will not be itemizing nor claiming employee expenses.
Expense Organizer: This form is to be filled by those customers who are requesting only a “Form 2106” and not a full tax preparation.
You have your choice of Adobe (.pdf) forms, or Microsoft Word (.doc) forms.
